There are four levels of resistance available: soft (yellow), medium (red), strong (green) and blue (x-strong), so you can choose the right one to suit you.

This twist resistance bar is only 12 in length, with a 2 diameter, made from dry rubber material and with the ability to take up to 25 pounds of force as it is slowly bent into a U-shape. You choose the level of resistance that fits your stage of recovery, so you can take your time without straining and causing unnecessary injuries.
